It’s no secret that the Pittsburgh Steelers are a very physical team.
Their defensive end, Ike Taylor, is one of the league’s best and has a knack for beating up on quarterbacks.
But the Steelers’ offensive line has also been one of their more consistent.
Entering this season, they ranked second in the NFL in pass blocking efficiency.
That means they allowed only one quarterback hit, which ranked sixth among NFL guards.
The offensive line had only a handful of defensive linemen on the field during the first three weeks of the season, but that could change this season.
With a lot of talented young linemen, the Steelers have an opening.
“We have a lot to improve on on the offensive line,” quarterback Ben Roethlisberger said.
“You can say we’re not as good as they are, but we’ve still got a lot more to work on.
I think our offensive line is going to help us.”
